How do I get my custom drive information when I call the toll free number?

To get your custom drive information on the phone you’ll need to register your phone number. Sign in to your My Traffic account and click on “my account” on the green menu bar. NOTE, you may need to sign in.

Click on contact information.

Scroll down to the Phone section and enter your phone number in the Phone 1 field. NOTE, you can register up to two numbers.

If you want to call for On Demand Reports from a different phone, also enter four digits in the PIN Number field

Click on the Save button


Then, when you want to know the current conditions for your drive, call our toll free number 866 MY-TRAFC or (866) 698-7232. If you have more than one drive created, you’ll be prompted for the drive you want an update for.

If you’re calling from a non-registered phone:

  • call our toll free number 866 MY-TRAFC or (866) 698-7232
  • at the city prompt, say: log in
  • at the prompt, say or key in your registered phone number
  • at the prompt, say or key in your PIN
