Text Commands to TRAFC (87232) is a FREE SMS text messaging service for commuters to get real-time traffic information or manage your existing text message alerts via MyTraffic.There are a number of commands that you can send to the text messaging system:
- city code: Text your city code (NY, PHL, LA, etc.) to receive real-time traffic information for city hotspots. Get your city code
- drives: Text “drives” and we’ll send you a list of your saved drives from your MyTraffic account with Jam Factor congestion measurements. Learn more
- drive name: Text a saved drive name from your MyTraffic account and we’ll send you a detailed summary of that drive which includes Jam Factor congestion measurements, delays, travel times and incidents. Learn more
