When:
Specify on which days and at what times you want your alerts delivered. You can even set alerts to be sent only when traffic on your drives get bad, say, if the Jam Factor for a drive gets worse than a 5. Schedule one-time alerts for special events or appointments, say, for an upcoming concert in the city next week or your drive to the airport next month.
How:
Choose how you would like your alerts delivered. You can specify to send them as emails to your email address, SMS text messages to your mobile device or even voice calls right to your phone.
