Do I have to sign in to get to my account information?

You can update your account by clicking on “My Account”, without an additional sign in step, only if you haven’t closed your browser since you last signed into your My Traffic account.

Otherwise, you have to explicitly sign into My Account even if you checked the Remember Me checkbox (which allows you to access your traffic information), if you’ve closed your browser since you last signed in. This extra step provides the highest level of security and privacy.
